ROOTED IN COMMUNITY. MADE FOR CARE.
Every beginning
deserves
gentle care.
For the mothers, the little ones, and the health workers who show up for them. Keep every care story close, wherever your community calls.

A little support.
A world of difference.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND EVERY RECORD
Small moments.
Thoughtful support.
Care happens at the barangay health station, during a home visit, and in the everyday work of remembering. E-Nay helps health workers keep those details together.

ONE CONTINUOUS CARE STORY
From expecting
to growing together.
Know the person, beyond the profile.
Find maternal and child records, contact details, and barangay information in one familiar place.
Keep the next visit in view.
Record checkups, food and symptom notes, vaccination dates, and a child's growth measurements.
Carry care beyond the clinic.
Health workers update clinic records. Patients see the care profiles their clinic shares, on a computer or phone.
LESS SIGNAL. SAME COMMITMENT.
Care shouldn't wait
for a stronger signal.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Simple by design.
Clear from the start.
A shared care workspace for barangay health workers, midwives, mothers and guardians, built by Group 03.
Who is E-Nay for?
Health workers and midwives manage clinical records and vaccine inventory. Mothers and guardians use patient accounts to view only the care profiles linked by the clinic.
Can I really use it without internet?
Sign in while connected first, then wait for “Offline ready” and confirmation of an encrypted device copy. Unlock that copy with your password when offline. A new device needs internet for its first sign-in. External reading links need a connection.
Do my phone and computer share records?
Yes. Sign in online on each device to load the latest clinic records permitted for your account. Staff edits saved offline sync when connected. Conflicting changes require staff review, so one device cannot silently overwrite another.
What happens to my existing Java project?
The Java console and desktop apps remain available. Import and export their maternal and child text files from Data & backup. Visits, growth, inventory, and other browser-only fields are included in the complete web backup, not in the Java profile files.
